Alaska Native Contributions

•  Initial Display Board available at 2012 Project Open House events
• The Alaska Railroad proposes a research project to recognize the contributions that Alaska Native people have made, and continue to make, toward the construction, operation and maintenance of the railroad. With public interest expressed in 2011, ARRC investigated an approach to information-gathering with a goal to pursue the project as a partnership in 2012. Plans would include interviews and investigation efforts that add to display materials and handouts.
