Railroad Days: Alaska Railroad Open Houses

ANCHORAGE:
Saturday, May 7 - 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Anchorage Historic Depot, 411 W. First Avenue.

FAIRBANKS:
Saturday, May 14 - 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Fairbanks Depot, 1745 Johansen Expressway.

These popular community events are back!  Come celebrate Railroad Days in Anchorage and Fairbanks with free train rides, train displays and live music.  We’ll have lots of stuff for the young and the young at heart, so make plans to be at the Railroad Days and don’t miss out on the fun!

OPEN HOUSE RAIL DISCOUNT SPECIAL: We are offering a special two-for-one rail tickets to Grandview or the Spencer Whistle Stop from Anchorage, Girdwood, Portage, or Whittier. Travel is valid thru the summer season (mid-May to mid-September 2011), but tickets must be purchased on May 7, 2011, during our Anchorage Open House event. Must purchase at the ticket window during the Open House! (restrictions apply)
