Media Travel Request Form

The Alaska Railroad’s communications team understands and appreciates the value of editorial coverage and is pleased to offer press trip support to qualified journalists on assignment from around the world. In order to accommodate these visit requests, we require all journalists to complete our standard media request form several weeks in advance of the selected travel dates. This form will help us to provide a press trip which best meets your story angle interests. Please ensure to complete all sections on the form with as much detail as possible. Once we receive the completed form our team will reply to you within one week.

MEDIA TRAVEL REQUEST FORM

Please follow these steps to submit the form:

1. Open the pdf and enter information in all sections.

2. Save a copy on your local machine.

3. Click the Request Travel button.

• This button is designed to launch an email message with the correct to email and subject line, with the completed pdf as an attachment.
• If the button does not work for you, send an email and attach the copy you saved.
• Send to: marketing@akrr.com  with a subject of: MEDIA TRAVEL REQUEST FORM 
  • The correct to: email and subject line are required for your request to be received

4. You should receive a reply email from Marketing stating that your form was received. If any part of this process didn't go as expected, please email the webmaster.
