Alaska Railroad Reservations

To make reservations for these products, or to speak to an Alaska Railroad Agent, call 907-265-2494, Monday-Friday 7am-5pm & Saturday-Sunday 7am-4pm, Alaska time.

• Reservations are normally required 24 hours in advance to book seats
• The Alaska Railroad is ticketless:
  • your reservation itinerary will be mailed to you
  • your boarding pass will be issued on the day of travel when you check in.
  • Federal regulations require passengers arrive 1 hour prior to departure to confirm reservation and identification.
