This 12 day/12 night package spans from the Arctic Circle to the seaport town of Seward, the gateway to Kenai Fjords National Park.
Along the way you’ll indulge in Alaska through unique and exclusive experiences in the Denali backcountry, remote fly-in lodges, and the Kenai Peninsula with superb dining and some of the finest tour excursions in Alaska. Here are a few of the exciting places you may visit:
Riversong Lodge - Superb fishing, located 70 miles NW of Anchorage, accessible only by floatplane. Known for award winning cuisine, beautiful grounds and gracious staff. Fly from Anchorage or Talkeetna.
Kenai Riverside Lodge - Log cabins surrounded by snowcapped mountains along the banks of the famous Kenai River at Cooper Landing. Unique accommodations, excellent food with hiking, rafting and fishing options, and of course relaxation.
Kenai Wilderness Lodge on Fox Island - Remote, seaside cabins, a private chef, island naturalist and a premium Northwestern Fjord cruise.
Denali Backcountry Lodge - At the very end of the Denali Park road, past Wonder Lake, you'll find a unique enclave in the park known as Kantishna, the end of the 95 mile restricted road through Denali National Park. Comfortable cabins, naturalist programs, guided hiking, fishing, and more.
Glacier Bay Lodge - This crown jewel of our National Parks is like virtually no place on earth. Located 45-miles west of Juneau, Alaska, Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve is a wonderland of glaciers, mountains, marine and coastal wildlife and unspoiled natural beauty.

Day 1: Arrange travel to Fairbanks on your own. Fly north from Fairbanks on a journey above the Arctic Circle. Land at a wilderness outpost and learn the story of Alaska's Arctic. Overnight in Fairbanks.
Day 2 - 3: Ride the train to Denali, 8:15 am to noon. Travel by bus to the Denali Backcountry Lodge, 95 miles from the park entrance. Enjoy stunning landscapes and wildlife sightings. Stay at Denali Backcountry Lodge for two nights. Hike, fish, pan for gold, relax and enjoy the solitude of the Denali backcountry.
Day 4: Travel the Park road to the Denali depot and take the train from Denali to Talkeetna. Overnight at Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge.
Day 5 - 6: Fly to a remote backcountry lodge in the morning. Options include Riversong Lodge (May - Sept.) along the Yentna River or Tordrillo Mountain Lodge (July 6 - Sept. 15) at the headwaters of the Talachulitna River. Both properties are accessible only by floatplane and feature comfortable accommodations, award-winning cuisine, and fantastic fishing.
Day 7: Fly by floatplane to Anchorage. Tour the downtown art galleries, visit the Anchorage Museum of History and Art, the Alaska Native Heritage Center or walk the Coastal Trail. Overnight in Anchorage.
Day 8: Travel by train to Seward aboard the Coastal Classic Train, 6:45 am to 11:05 am. Upon arrival in Seward, take a cruise to Fox Island and overnight in your private seaside cabin. Refresh your spirit and relax at this oceanside wilderness lodge.
Day 9: Cruise to Kenai Fjords National Park before returning to Seward at 6:30 pm. Overnight at the Seward Windsong Lodge.
Day 10 - 11: Your Alaska Wildland Adventures representative will meet you in the morning and drive you to the Kenai Riverside Lodge in Cooper Landing. Spend two nights along the Kenai River. Relax at the lodge, enjoy rafting and day hikes, or upgrade your tour package and tack on a fishing trip. Enjoy the wood-fired sauna and take in the breathtaking Kenai River. Meals are included at the lodge.
Day 12: Travel by coach to Anchorage and arrange for your own transportation home.
