Day 1: Arrive in Anchorage on your own and spend a night Anchorage. Explore downtown, the Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center or take in the expansive views of the Alaska Range on a walk along the Tony Knowles Coastal trail.

Day 2: Ride the Denali Star Train - Anchorage to Talkeetna - 8:15 am to 11:05 am. Overnight at Talkeetna Cabins or the Talkeetna Roadhouse. Be sure to visit the Talkeetna Roadhouse for their breakfast cinnamon rolls the size of dinner plates.

Day 3: Depart on the Denali Star Train - Talkeetna to Denali, 11:20 am to 3:45 pm. Overnight at Denali Cabins.

Day 4: The day is yours to explore. Start at the visitor’s center, check out the sled dog kennels or hike up Mt. Healy, near the Park entrance, or a bus tour into the Park to see some of the wildlife the Park is famous for.

Day 5: Return to Anchorage on the Denali Star Train - 12:25 pm - 8:00 pm. Overnight Anchorage.
