Board of Directors Meeting Notice
The Alaska Railroad Corporation will hold a special meeting of the Board of Directors on Wednesday, June 24, 2009, in Anchorage, Alaska.

The meeting is being called for the specific purpose of discussing and, if deemed appropriate, taking action on the following item:

Alaska Railroad Corporation Resolution No. 2009-015, Relating to Insurance Renewal for 2009-2010.

The meeting will commence at 2:00 p.m, June 24, 2009, at the Alaska Railroad Headquarters Building, 3rd Floor, Denali Board Room, 327 West Ship Creek Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501.

The meeting will include a brief period for public testimony concerning the Agenda item only.
