PRE-BID/SITE Visit Conference: A Pre-Bid/Site Visit Conference is scheduled for
May 10, 2011 at 2:00 PM; the conference will be held at the Port MacKenzie Ferry
Terminal Building.
Supplementary Pre-Bid Conference:
A Supplementary Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 21, 2011 at 2:00 PM; the conference will be held at the UAA Commons Bldg – Room 107; parking will be available in Willow Lot. A bidder’s failure to attend this Supplementary Pre-Bid Conference will in no way relieve the bidder of the responsibility of performing the work in strict compliance with the true intent and meaning of the terms, conditions and specifications of this ITB.
