ITINERARY

Day 1

Arrive in Anchorage, Alaska's largest city. Book an excursion, or explore shops, museums and restaurants at your leisure. Overnight in Anchorage.

 

Day 2

Travel via the Glacier Discovery Train for a full day's adventure. First, enjoy the views of Turnagain Arm before disembarking for a guided tour of the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. Reboard the train for your next destination: the Spencer Glacier Whistle Stop. Here, raft among the glacial icebergs and float down the scenic Placer River before hopping aboard a motorcoach to Anchorage. Overnight in Anchorage. 

 

Day 3

Board the Coastal Classic Train for a breathtaking ride along Turnagain Arm and through scenic Grandview. Upon arrival in Seward, embark on a cruise of Kenai Fjords National Park in search of glaciers, whales, sea lions and more. Lunch included. The onboard Park Ranger ensures you'll stay informed and entertained. Overnight in Seward.

 

Day 4

Enjoy a leisurely morning, then spend the afternoon with Real Alaska Tour. This tour includes Exit Glacier, lunch at an Alaska roadhouse and a dog sled ride. Evening departure to Anchorage on the Coastal Classic Train. Overnight in Anchorage. 

 

Day 5

Journey to Denali National Park aboard the Denali Star Train. Enjoy a delicious meal and an evening of rip-roarin' entertainment at a local dinner theater. Overnight in Denali.

 

Day 6

Partake in a half-day narrated bus tour along the Denali Park Road. Your guide will highlight the history, flora and fauna of the area as you make your way to East Fork River, taking in the stunning views of the Alaska Range. Overnight in Denali.

 

Day 7

The morning is at your leisure in Denali. That afternoon, return to Anchorage on the Denali Star Train. Overnight in Anchorage.
